PLEASE NOTE: Construction work is scheduled to take place in a different building next door to Chalet Tilia, in spring/summer 2026. The work will only take place during normal business hours.

What you should know...



Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required.



Please note that there is no elevator in this chalet.



As part of your booking, a mandatory non-refundable damage waiver of CHF 35 is required. This waiver offers you protection against accidental damage during your stay, ensuring peace of mind without the need for a traditional refundable security deposit.
