MALTESE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL FAMILY FRIENDLY

A perfect holiday house!
Our traditional beautiful Maltese villa set in a quiet part of the village of Manikata is a large, airy and spacious house on 2 floors with a swimming pool and a large sunny terrace with BBQ space. The two double bedrooms en-suite are downstairs around the courtyard of the house. Upstairs there is a big living room space which opens out onto a sunny terrace with a private pool. Adjoining is also a fully equipped kitchen. The third bedroom with 2 single beds is located upstairs. The shower/toilet is down the corridor and not en-suite. All rooms have ceiling fans and the 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
The villa is situated in close proximity to the popular sandy beaches of Golden bay and Ghajn Tuffieha bay. These would be approximately 15-20 minutes on foot and a 5 minute drive by car. Other popular beaches like Gnejna bay and MELLIEHA bay and St. Paul’s bay one would need to take the bus or drive. Also close by is the ferry boat which takes you to the islands of Gozo and Comino.
There’s a small grocery shop down the road from the house selling daily necessities.
A bus stop is conveniently situated outside the house.
A car is recommended to get around.
