On the ground floor, the living area welcomes you with a lounge equipped with a flat-screen TV, which opens onto a terrace. A dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, used solely for decorative purposes, adds a charming character to the space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and also provides direct access to the terrace. A separate shower room with WC is available on this level, along with air conditioning throughout. One ground floor bedroom features 2 single beds (each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length) as well as 1 double bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), a private shower room with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the garden. Please note that this bedroom is accessed from the outside of the main building.

On the upper floor, you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The first room is furnished with 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), a private shower room with WC, and a terrace exit. The second room offers 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length) and a private bathroom with both bath and shower, as well as a WC. The third room is appointed with 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), a private shower room with WC, and access to a terrace. The fourth room is arranged across 2 levels and contains 1 single bed (90 cm wide and 200 cm in length) and 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), along with a private shower room with WC and a terrace exit.
