Appliances include a Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, an EV charging point (charges payable), and a garden with a hot tub, lawns, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available on request (please request upon booking). Sidmouth boasts one of the few public access observatories, the Norman Lockyer Observatory, complete with planetarium.
