It has air conditioning throughout with four well furnished bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. There is a large open plan living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. and two lovely terraces providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining or simply relaxing.



There is a dining table as well as lounge furniture and sunbeds on the terraces. There are view overlooking the golf course with tantalising glimpses of the sea on one side of the apartment and views over the swimming pools on the other side.

The apartment is located on the first floor with access via an elevator or stairs.

There is one allocated secure underground parking space and the complex offers 24 hour security with a porter.

The beach is just opposite the complex and the town center is a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front.
