Villa California is just a 5-minute drive from the lovely pleasant village of Canyelles with its wide range of amenities, including a Sunday market, shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, a park and horse riding stables.



There are also a number of wonderful walks and family cycle paths that start from close by the villa and take you to the historic castle of Olerdola and on other lovely trails.



Managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd, the villa is also only a 20-minute drive from the bustling seaside resorts of Sitges and Vilanova with their numerous bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. Barcelona city centre is 40 minutes by road.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa California has been stylishly re-modelled and furnished to a high standard. The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for an excellent family holiday. The interior has a bright, fresh and relaxing ambience.



The style is contemporary Mediterranean with white-washed walls, cool tiled floors and uncluttered open spaces, all of which combine to create the perfect environment for a great holiday.



The spacious living room is newly furnished with two comfortable sofas, a large TV with Satellite and coffee table. This room connects to another open plan living / dining area and also has access through double doors to the garden and covered dining terrace.



The open plan living area offers additional comfortable seating. The dining area features a large dining table with bench style seating and has direct access to the kitchen.



The brand new kitchen is a modern all white design and is fully equipped with everything necessary for your holiday.



The first of the double bedrooms is situated on this level along with a large family bathroom with walk in shower.



All of the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa which also features a galleried seating area with high ceilings, and doors leading out to a terrace that wraps around two sides of the house offering spectacular views.



There is a spacious family room with a large double bed and stairs leading up to a mezzanine level with twin beds, all which benefit from the A/C unit.



The large family suite incorporates a large double bedroom, a separate twin bedroom and large family sized ensuite bathroom all which benefit from the A/C unit.Villa California can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms + a garden suite arranged as follows;

Located in the garden across from the main house is a charming garden suite with two comfortable single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.



Swimming Pool and Gardens

A major feature of Villa California is the fantastic 20 m2 swimming pool with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and out to the Mediterranean sea. The level gardens wrap around the house provide ample space for sunbathing, relaxing and playing.



Directly in front of the villa and overlooking the pool area is a fabulous covered terrace with large dining table with seating for 14 guests as well as a gas BBQ making it the ideal space for alfresco dining while enjoying the wonderful view. The terrace also features a cool chill-out area with comfortable low level seating creating the perfect place for relaxing with a drink.



The 1,000 m2 of attractive gardens combine paved areas and artificial grass interspersed with mature palms. The lawn has a football goal and trampoline to keep the kids entertained.



There is a great sense of space both inside and outside of the house allowing guests to feel that they have the room to enjoy their holiday even though they maybe part of a large group.



Good to know

– There is air conditioning in the two family suites and a double bedroom. Fans are provided in the other bedrooms if required, but as the other bedrooms are north facing they are generally keeps cool. The garden suite has thick stone walls keeping it naturally cool.

– The villa is a 5-minute drive from the village of Canyelles with its wide range of amenities, including a Sunday market, shops, banks, cafes, restaurants.

– Sitges and beaches are a 20-minute drive.

– Walks and family cycle paths start close by the villa and take you to the historic castle of Olerdola.

– Although a local bus and taxi service is available it is essential to hire a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

– There is off-street parking for one car and free street parking outside the villa.– Maximum 12 adults at one time.

– Unfortunately, Villa California is not suitable for wheelchair users.
