Gaia is a large and comfortable house that accommodates up to 10 people in the heart of the Eternal City, consisting of:

- Bedroom 1 : A queen-size double bed plus a sofa bed for two.

- Bedroom 2 : A queen-size double bed. - Bedroom 3 : A queen-size double bed.

- A living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV, and a dining table.

- A full kitchen, a separate space, with everything you need to enjoy cooking.

- Two bathrooms, both with showers, and a complimentary product kit.

The accommodation is perfect for families and large groups, and is located on the fifth floor of a historic building with elevator.

The people we dealt with were nice and the location was very good. However, the apartment was advertised as being air conditioned, when only the two smallest bedrooms had small units. The place in general was hot and humid inside. The water pressure was very low so showering was difficult, and it is advertised as 4 bedroom when it is only 3 bedrooms (they count the sleeper sofa in the living room as a 4th bedroom).
