Casa Gianni is located just a stone’s throw from Alba and at the foot of the most renowned tourist destinations in the Langhe, first and foremost Barolo. Casa Gianni opened in September 2022, following a year-long complete renovation, designed, coordinated, and executed by architect Gianluca Marabita, in memory of his beloved father Gianni, the inspiration behind this home, which he commissioned in 1990 and where he lived with his family until 2008. Today, Casa Gianni has been converted into a wonderful vacation home, spread over two floors with a living room on the first floor and four bedrooms on the first floor—including two large suites, each with its own bathroom—and a two-room apartment consisting of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Casa Gianni boasts a large outdoor area; it is open on all sides, featuring a spacious courtyard, a large, newly seeded garden, and a fully equipped outdoor seating area.

The BAROLO suite is a 40-square-meter, air-conditioned triple room featuring a king-size canopy bed, a single bed, a sofa bed, an antique console table with a mirror, a piano, and three windows. The private bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bathtub and a large 150×120-cm shower.

Casa Gianni is very close to Alba, as well as to Barolo, Barbaresco, and all the beautiful Langhe wineries. Casa Gianni opened in October 2022, following a one-year renovation process that began in September 2021 under the direction of architect Gianluca Marabita, in memory of his beloved father GIANNI, the owner, who commissioned the house in the 1990s and lived there with his family until 2008. Today, Casa Gianni has been transformed into a charming home.
