This was a fabulous property that met all of our needs with convenience to shops/restaurants, cleanliness, great living space and sleeping spaces, 2 nice bathrooms, laundry, and great kitchen with all the items needed. The hostest also left some coffee and munchies to start us off.

Perfect accommodations for our family, 2 couples. Great neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance and easy access to everywhere in Nashville we needed to be or wanted to visit including Airport.

We had an amazing stay! This is so convenient to Vanderbilt university and Vanderbilt Medical Center. there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and I was able to walk/run to the Parthenon, which was beautiful! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a full kitchen.

Wonderful place to stay! Great location for Belmont University.

The home was perfect for our family of 5. It’s in a great location in Hillsboro. We loved being able to walk for a coffee, breakfast, shopping and ice cream. It’s a perfect spot to stay for a visit to Belmont University.

Great location with one level property

The location of this property could not have been better. Many restaurants and shops were just around the corner and we had parking at the door of our unit. This unit was on one level, no steps or stairs. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location

Perfect location to access everything in town, yet quiet and friendly to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. The place was freshly cleaned and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Best Location and Set Up!

This condo was in an EXCELLENT location and within walking distance of six minutes or less to some great restaurants like Slice of Italy (delicious meatballs and garlic knots!), Ruby Sunshine (yummy breakfast eggs), Hop Daddy’s (delicious burgers and fries), and Jenni’s Ice Cream (so many delicious options-and open until midnight!)! It was also easy to drive to other tourist attractions and points of interest from the condo.The condo was very clean, and having two king-sized bedrooms (and SUPER comfortable beds!!) with their own bathroom was absolutely the best for two couples traveling together! The washer and dryer amenities were great, too. The living room sofa was decent for watching TV in downtime as well. If we ever visit Nashville again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

I would’ve said the best thing about the property was it was clean, yes and no, by the 4th day, we had ants all over the kitchen floor and then the nt before we left we found a cockroach in the closet when we were packing, so that was unfortunate! The place was very non user friendly, I had to use my suitcase as a nightstand since there was only one in the bedroom, and our friends in the other bedroom had to use a cooler as a stand. There’s no end tables to set a drink or anything while you’re sitting in the living room. I get it, you’re on vacation the owners expect you to be out exploring Nashville, but we would’ve liked to just be able to relax in the apartment for a bit, but no! That brings me to my next issue….THE NOISE!!! I would NEVER rent a downstairs place again! The people above would start laundry around 7am everyday, and we could hear it all, and the walking and furniture moving around was over the top! And just as we thought it was over when we would think a group was gone, somebody else was around and we would hear more noise and that would go on until after 11 and midnight. The owners said they left us some snacks and drinks but all there was is 2 small bags of chips and 4 K cups, I appreciate the offer, but I kind of expected it would’ve been a little more then that, specially when they wanted me to rate them a 5 star review. I would’ve like to give 5 stars, but as cute as the place was, that’s all it has going for itself. Oh and location isn’t horrible.

This is our third time staying at this property, we love it!!! The Hillsboro area is wonderful, lots of shops and restaurants. The owner has always been helpful and gets back to us right away whenever we have questions.

Nice and clean

Very convenient to Vanderbilt medical center if it wasn’t freezing definitely could have walked there and to get food. Place was clean and very well equipped with anything you need.

Very convenient

Great place to stay while a family member underwent procedure at Vanderbilt medical center. Super convenient in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to food and grocery. Would stay again next time in town.

Perfect location

Molly was super to work with! The location was perfect and we felt very safe. The apartment was a perfect size for four adults. Being able to spread out and have enough seating was important to us and the large sectional offered this. We were close to everything and enjoyed an amazing dinner at Slice of Italy and breakfast at Ruby Sunshine which were both within walking distance along with plenty of shopping and speciality stores near by.

Music City Trip

Great location. Condo was awesome fit for two couples. Very close to all activities we wanted to do. Loved the open area living space. Lots of room for chilling out after a football game! Restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and updated for today’s decor. Would definitely stay again!

Love Nashville!!

Great location! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a little noise from neighboring units (movingchairs, walking) but didn’t bother us as we sleep with a noise machine.

Perfect place to stay

Everything about the location and place were great! We stayed for 5 nights. Check in was smooth and the little care package upon arrival was great. The rooms were excellent. Only inconvenience was the lack of vanity space in the bathrooms…doable but had to juggle things constantly. The village was peaceful and a quick Uber ride downtown. Would recommend and stay again for sure! Thank you Molly for a wonderful stay.

Stay could have been better

The apartment was nice, roomy enough for 4, beds were comfortable. Location was great with shopping and restaurants close by, Pancake Pantry is a must go to! We also tried Hopdoddy for a yummy burger! Now for the NOT so good and why this didn’t get a 5star…we arrived 2 hours past check in time and the apartment was not cleaned. I had to contact Molly to inform her and she said she’d send the cleaning people right away. We had to leave feeling a little uncomfortable leaving belongings knowing others would be coming in. No other choice. We never heard back to confirm cleaning was done till I contacted her & all I got was “yes”. Never once did we receive an “I’m sorry” or “I apologize for the inconvenience”. When we returned late I felt as though the VERY minimal was done to clean as I found dried up contacts(not ours) around the nightstand & in the bathroom. Wished we could have walked in to a clean place & a somewhat remorseful owner. Makes me wonder why we had to pay to have it cleaned when we didn’t receive the same.

Disappointed- do not stay here!

We arrived and many lightbulbs were out. It took 48 hours to have new ones delivered and then the “maintenance” person didn’t know how to change them, so my husband had to do it. Both shower/tub combos were broken and despite being told that they would send someone to address the plumbing issues, no one showed up all week- we were there for 8 days! In addition, all of the plastic wrapping on the new light fixtures that were working was still on them. There was not any soap provided for the showers. The “snacks” provided was one small bag of Doritos. The parking lot in back was surrounded by trash. Overall, an experience that made me question using VRBO at all going forward.I could go on but I will stop there.
