Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 200 meters off the buzzy Coral Bay Avenue it is a leisurely 3 minutes walk from a plethora of shops, bars, taverns and restaurants. Villa Sophia is 6 minutes walk from the nearest beach (Linear Park Beach) and 14 minutes walk from the coveted, blue flagged Coral Bay Beach.
 
The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an impressive angle-shaped roof with supporting wooden beams and the living area boasts a comfortable corner sofa. The big sliding doors open to a generous backyard and turquoise pool offering absolute privacy and the opportunity for comfortable al fresco dining or enjoying a cocktail on the cozy outdoor bar which includes a built-in gas grill for barbecuing. The front of the villa includes an additional lounge area ideal for sunset drinks and overlooking the mature garden.

Villa Sophia features a wonderful Mediterranean garden which includes lemon, olive, pine and palm trees to name a few offering variety of aromas and colors.
 
All three bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and comes with a queen double bed and a baby cot. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the second with two single beds, are on the first floor. Villa is designed to accommodate 7 guests. The bedrooms on the first floor share a generous patio which offers both sea and mountain views, but also a fantastic view of the garden and pool area below.
