The apartment is situated in an ideal area for families, within a residential complex.



It features garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), electric radiator heating, air conditioning in the living room only, community pool, possibility of covered parking in a nearby building, and television with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, German and French).



The open-plan kitchen, with induction hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
