Hello Lou, Regarding your comment, I would like to clarify a few important points: 1. On the 9th, when you made the reservation, we sent you the exact address of our accommodation for your reference. We did not receive a response from you. 2. A few days prior to your arrival, we sent you detailed information, including instructions on how to disable the cameras to ensure complete privacy. However, we did not receive a reply to this message, which is why I’m surprised by your complaint about the camera. 3. On the day of your arrival, we tried to contact you by phone to welcome you, but there was no answer. Regarding the wet floor, please note that we are in a tropical climate, where rain is frequent and can occur several times a day. I also deeply apologize for the dirty trash bin. If you had informed us during your stay, we would have gladly sent the cleaning staff to resolve it immediately. As Costa Ricans, we are committed to offering you the best possible experience. We are open and communicative people, and it saddens us to receive this review, as it is the first negative one we’ve had overall.
