The property is sandwiched between Dartmoor National Park to the west and the stunning Devon coastline to the east. An ideal spot to get away from the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in nature.

Due to its rural location, a car is essential and there is free parking for two cars onsite.

Please note that due to the property layout, we cannot accept children under ten years of age.

Reverse level accommodation. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall, one en suite master double bedroom, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a main bathroom. There is a single step into each of the rooms. There is a wooden staircase to the first floor which is an open plan living space with the living room at one end and the kitchen and dining area at the other. We are a small family run holiday let business. We live nearby and we will be available for any questions or to resolve any issues when needed.

The property is in a very rural location accessed through single track Devon country lanes with passing spaces.

WiFi and a landline is provided free of charge however due to the rural location uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Mobile phone signal is limited to the garden area and depends on your network provider.
