Beautiful Apartment with everything you need

The apartment was very nice, it had everything you and a wonderful sunny terrace for having breakfast outside in October! We loved staying here. The beach is very near and you can walk to Cascais. Olivia was very nice and helpful, although we arrived very late, she organized everything so gently. We had a wonderful week! Thank you, Olivia!

A peaceful retreat off the beaten path

The accommodation are very spacious, very clean, and the host is gracious. You will have everything you need to have a well equipped kitchen. There are 4 single beds with nice crisp linens and plenty of extra towels and laundry facilities. The terrace is huge and has a table and lots of chairs. Supermarket (under 15 min) and beach( 5 min) are an easy walk. If you are visiting during a hot spell, you may find it warm as ventilation is provided by your open windows.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this very beutiful, clean and cool apartment located in a quiet but stil central part of Estoril. The big terrace is a big +, so nice to have your breakfast there. The landlady Olivia is most helpful and kind, doing her very best to make you feel comfortable. Thank you! There is just one little issue we had, the isolation is not all that good between the apartments - but can be easily solved by using earplugs. Thank you so much from Yvonne, Jenny and Micael

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in the apartment. The owner Olivia gave us a warm welcome and was always willing to answer our questions or to give us advice. The apartment is definitely like the photo's on this site. Very cosy, situated in a safe neighbourhood and well equiped. The internet was perfect, the beach is a 10 minutes walk and Cascais (nice place) is nearby (20 minutes walk along the beach). Going to Lisbon is easy. You can go by train (station Monte Estoril, 10 minutes walk from the apartment), it takes 35 minutes by train to station Cais de Sodre. We had a great stay in this apartment and would definitely recommend this apartment! Thank you so much Olivia!

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Olivia Nous avons découvert une maison familiale typique, très jolie. Elle se situe à 10 mn à pieds du front de mer. Maison bien équipée (manque peut-être une cafetière pour faire un plus grand volume de café pour le petit-déjeuner) sinon tout est parfait.

Wonderful Villa close to the center, the beaches and train station.

The villa is a beautiful old house in a very nice surrounding. It is well equipped, very clean with a large terrace for having breakfast or dinner. Everything is in walking distance (shops, cafes, bus stations), the beaches of Estoril or Cascais can be explored by foot. We were only surprised by the clarity of the sound from the apartment above. We could hear every step and every word from our neighbours. But this was the only negative aspect.

Property in Monte Estoril

The property met all our expectations. It was clean and well equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect, very close for both bus and train transport allowing us to conveniently access Lisbon City and other regional attractions. Additionally we found there to be a few very nice restaurants nearby.

Looks just like the pictures

We were a group of 4 girlfriends travelling from Canada .The apartment was wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well stocked and the patio was a huge bonus. About a 10 minute walk to all amenities. We took the train to Lisbon and the bus to Sintra. The walk into Cascais was about 15-20 minutes along the ocean boardwalk. Lots to see and do. Estoril Casino was about a 15 minute walk. Would highly recommend the apartment. Olivia the owner was very helpful and obliging. I would definatley go back again :)

Great apartment in a lovely location

We stayed for 12 nights and found the accomodation perfect. Fantastic location for a mixture of beach; city exploration and a visit to Sintra and the hills; covered the needs of two adults and two teenagers. Very nice neighbourhood and our terrace was ideal for evening meals and reading in the sunshine in the morning. Olivia is very helpful and the flat was spotless. Prima woning met groot terras

Als gezin met 3 kinderen (14/12 en 9 jaar) 1 week in deze woning vakantie gevierd. Het huis ligt op 5 min. lopen van het strand en treinstation. Hebben daardoor een mooie combinatie kunnen maken van luieren op het strand en een steden trip. Lissabon en Sintra zijn zeker een bezoek waard. Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en ook een aanrader.

Ideale ligging, super mooi terras

Een aantal jaar geleden hebben we twee jaar in Monte Estoril gewoont. We weten wat de omgeving te bieden heeft en het appartement heeft een zeer goede ligging. Winkels en restaurants binnen een straal van 100 meter. Gratis auto parkeren op straat, een veilige buurt. En maar 5 minuten lopen naar de boulevard. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien (alhoewel douchen in de badkuip niet ideaal is). het dakterras is super, we hebben er iedere morgen lekker ontbeten. Met Olivia hadden we prima contact, ze was behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar.

Super séjour

Je rejoins les autres commentaires: la maison d'Olivia est vraiment très agréable, fonctionnelle (nous étions en famille avec deux jeunes enfants: parfaitement adapté!), et à proximité de tout ce qu'il faut (même dans notre cas, sans voiture, c'était pratique). Région très agréable et intéressante, avec une grande variété d'activités possibles (visites, plages, balades à vélo...). Pour ne rien gâter, Olivia est une hôte charmante et très réactive ! 2 semaines de bons souvenirs ! Sonia, Jean-Baptiste, Jordane et Yanis

Très bel appartement

Verzorgd verblijf!

Perfect appartement met alles erop en eraan. Het contact met de eigenaresse verliep prima, ze antwoordde altijd vlot op de e-mails (in het Engels) en kwam twee keer persoonlijk langs. Het appartement was netjes verzorgd met een groot, ruim buitenterras (geen zwembad). Er is geen vaatwasser aanwezig. Wel een wasmachine en waslijn met knijpers. De bedden waren stevig. In de omgeving is een klein supermarktje aanwezig en het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het strand en het station (leuk om met de trein naar Lissabon te gaan). Kortom; een aanrader.

Wonderful Family Holiday

The apartment was very, very clean and nice. Olivia the owner was so sweet, welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. We have 2 small children and the apartment has a nice outside terrace which was great for kids. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to the beach, restaurants, kids park and store. Very nice views and the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful.

Un elección acertada

El apartamento está situado en la planta intermedia de una antigua y preciosa villa, con altos techos, suelos y ventanas de madera, un comedor encantador con muebles antiguos, el salón y los dormitorios modernos y prácticos, bien tanto el baño como la cocina, por ella se sale a una amplia terraza llena de sol y luz de la que se disfruta mucho. Cuenta con un buen equipamiento y es fácil aparcar el coche en las calles de alrededor, cerca hay algunos comercios y varios bares y restaurantes agradables. La casa está muy bien situada, caminando en diez minutos tienes la playa de Tamariz, el Casino y sus jardines, la Estación de tren de Monte Estoril, y sobre todo lo que más nos entusiasmó es que tras cruzar por un pasillo bajo la Estación, puedes pasear por una maravillosa calzada peatonal junto al mar que por ejemplo te lleva a Cascais en unos 15 minutos. Recomiendo el apartamento por su tranquilidad, encanto, situación y por la atención de Olivia la amable propietaria.

Villa de Charme, Séjour réussi !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la Villa d'Olivia. Olivia est une hôte très gentille, disponible et à l'écoute. Lors de notre arrivée, elle a pris le temps de nous montrer les divres commerces, et accès aux transports en commun. Les photos et la description sont conforme à la réalité. La maison est antique et son âme a été préservé. La décoration a été choisie avec goût. Le mobilier (literie) et les équipements sont de qualités. Ils sont en nombre suffisant (vaisselles, mobilier de jardin...) La maison ets à quelques minutes de la gare, où les trains passent régulièrement tous les quarts dheure. Le train vous enmènera en 30 minutes à Lisbonne. MonteEstoril est une charmant station balnéaire, dont le charme a été préservé. Tout comme Cascais que vous rejoindrez en quelques minutes à pied en longeant le remblais de la plage. Je recommande vivement la Villa d'Olivia, et la conseillerai à des amis. Villa Très Agréable

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans la Villa d'Olivia. Olivia est une hôte très gentille, disponible et à l'écoute. Elle a pris le temps lors de notre arrivée, pour nous montrer les divers accès aux transports en communs et commerces. Elle a même accepté de gérer notre transfert vers l'aéroport de Lisbonne, puisque notre avion décollait très tôt. Sa maison antique et typiquement portugaise est magnifique. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. L'âme de la maison est préservé. Le mobilier est de qualité (literie, électroménager...) et les équipements en nombre suffisant (chilienne, salon de jardin...). La décoration est soignée et a été réalisée avec goût. La maison est à quelques minutes de la gare qui permet d'accéder à Lisbonne en 30 min, les transports en commun sont nombreux. MonteEstoril est une très belle station balnéaire typique. L'architecture des villas est superbe et préservé. Cascais est à quelques minutes à pied en longeant la plage, et n'a rien perdu de son charme. Bonjour Virginie Merci bien par votre commentaire trés sympatique et agréable. C'etait aussi pour moi un plaisir en vous connaître et à votre famille et vous recevoir chez mon apartement à Estoril.
