With table and seating for two guests.

With leather sofa, comfortable armchair and large LED Smart television with DVD player. A set of French doors leads to the spacious wooden decked balcony with sea views.
Bedroom
With a king-size bed, wall-mounted Smart television and plenty of storage space.
Bathroom
Fully tiled with a modern bath with a large 'drencher' shower over bath, WC, heated ladder radiator and a wash basin.
Outside:
There is a communal garden with garden furniture with a private path from the garden that links up with a five-minute walk to Carbis Bay beach. The path links with the coastal path, which makes a beautiful walk to either St Ives or Hayle Sands.
Allocated parking for one car is situated immediately outside the front of the building.
