Comfortable house for family or couples 4-6 people. The house is located in an area with a sparse residential zone in Akrotiri, Chania with great views and quiet surroundings. It is only 8 km away from the town of Chania , 6 km away from the port of Souda and 6 km away from Chania airport.
Independent 2 bedroom apartment of 120 square meters with lawn garden, flowers, BBQ in a beautiful area ideal for families, groups, and couples. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with large double beds, one of which has its own WC with shower. The living and dining area is open plan and has a large corner sofa that converts into a bed. It has a large balcony with fantastic views of Souda bay and the White Mountains. It also has air conditioning, smart TV and Wi Fi.
Also there is parking space in a private fenced area and a playground specially designed and fenced for the safety of small guests.
