Please note: this property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Short break bookings accepted from September to April inclusive and 7 night bookings taken from May to August inclusive. Talland View, a first-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV and balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture, a shared garden with lawn, and allocated parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a pub and a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Talland View makes a great base for a seaside escape to St Ives. Note: There are steps up to the first-floor property.

Explore the charming Ribble Valley to find the quaint market town of Clitheroe, offering fantastic shopping experiences and a historic day out at Clitheroe Castle Museum, it makes a lovely place to while away the hours, while Burnley is also just a scenic drive away where you can find plenty of opportunities for golfing with the Prairie Sports Village boasting a 16-bay floodlit driving range, academy and nine-hole mini golf course, while there are also a range of family-friendly attractions such as watersports including rowing and kayaking at Thompson Park, and windsurfing and sailing at Clowbridge Reservoir, a theatre, even more shopping and a plethora of eateries.
