The Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment is a welcoming and modern retreat, ideally located just 100 m from Carvoeiro Beach. The spacious open-plan living room is the heart of the apartment, offering a bright and relaxing atmosphere with a comfortable sofa and tasteful décor, ideal for unwinding or spending time with family and friends.



All on one level, the apartment features three comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with twin beds, perfect for families or groups. A shared bathroom with a shower ensures practicality and comfort throughout your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with the living area, creating a functional and cozy space to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals.



Outside, two shared terraces complement the experience. The lower terrace offers a dining area and lounge space, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. The upper terrace boasts a beautiful sea view, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets with a drink in hand.



Just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the Carvoeiro Boardwalk, this apartment offers the perfect setting to experience the best of the Algarve coast.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Clean, modern and great location

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and modern. Being so close to Carvoeiro beach and the promenade was a big advantage. The terraces added extra space to relax, which we really appreciated.

Excellent base in Carvoeiro

Great apartment in an excellent location. Everything is within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment is comfortable and well maintained, and the living area feels bright and welcoming. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Carvoeiro.

Perfect family holiday spot

This apartment worked perfectly for our family. It is well laid out, with comfortable bedrooms and a nice open living space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach made everything very easy. A very stress-free holiday experience.

Excellent location and comfortable sta

We had a great stay at Carvoeiro By the Sea 2. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our group. Spacious and very well located apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The terraces were a nice bonus, especially for enjoying breakfast outside. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay in Carvoeiro.

Amazing sea views and great comfort

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. The highlight for us was definitely the upper terrace with its stunning sea views, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance. Would happily return.

Perfect location by the beach with sea views

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamento Carvoeiro By the Sea 2. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is modern, clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our group. We especially enjoyed the upper terrace with its beautiful sea view and sunsets. Amazing Spot

Loved our stay! You can’t beat the location, steps from the beach and so close to all the best spots in town. The apartment was super comfy, and the terrace views were just stunning. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a day in the sun. Definitely coming back!

Unit was nicely decorated and recently renovated with a beach feel. The location wasn’t desirable with being located above a bar. This disrupted our evenings with loud music late into the night. The sewer smell as you entered the unit was awful and became stronger throughout the week. The roof top patio didn’t provide a good location with the venting from restaurants and neighboring units. The location was close to the beach, shops and restaurants which made for easy access. It would be helpful to have some cleaning products accessible to keep place neat and tidy. We were moved from our original unit a week before as the door mechanism wasn’t working properly.

Perfect location and lovely sea views

We had a wonderful stay at the Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the beach and very close to restaurants, cafés, and small shops. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, with three comfortable bedrooms, including one en-suite which was very convenient. The living area was cosy and nicely decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the upper terrace with its lovely sea view, and the lower terrace was great for evening meals with the family. It’s a peaceful spot but still close to everything, which made our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Carvoeiro

Our holiday at Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 was fantastic. The apartment is in a brilliant location, just 2 minutes from the beach and close to all the best that Carvoeiro has to offer. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and living room gave us plenty of space to relax and cook together. The bedrooms were quiet and restful, and having two bathrooms was a big plus for our group. The shared terraces were a highlight. We loved starting the day with coffee upstairs overlooking the sea and finishing it with dinner downstairs on the lower terrace. The area is charming, and the boardwalk nearby offers beautiful views. This apartment was the perfect base for our Algarve holiday.
