We enjoyed our stay. The view was very beautiful from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great and so much to do at the property. It was a great property for our family trip!

Great location

This condo was in a great location between Seaside and Panama City Beach. It wasn't crowded and was on the beach with great views of the beach and the main pool.

The perfect getaway

This stay was wonderful. It's right on the beach with beautiful views. Though it rained much of my stay, the condo itself was well furnished and enjoyable to stay in which made staying inside a bit easier. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Vacation

We stayed here for 4 nights toward the end of December and it was perfect. Just steps from the ocean, indoor pool, and outdoor amenities. It was secluded, private and felt very safe. Terry was great to work with and we will def be coming back!

Great vacation

The condo was great - loved the location and very clean / comfortable. Outstanding view off of the patio. Communication with the owner was timely and simple. Wonderful trip to Carillon Beach.

Perfect Vacation!

Loved this property for our family vacation! Beautiful view from balcony. Gated community made for a very safe environment. No problems with anything. We loved it and will definitely be back!!!

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY !!

My family and I stayed the week at B1-306 condo and was Very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo. The condo was decorated great and the amenities were fantastic! A small walk to the beach and pools came in handy! We will be staying here again in the future !! Thanks Terry Crouch

Great place to stay

I have stayed at Pinnacle Point many many times. It is always a pleasant experience. I really like the layout of this unit, but it does need updating/ repairs. The owner was very responsive to emails.

View of the beach

This condo has a perfect view of the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Then just go down the steps and you are on the beach! Beautiful!

Excellent Location

Our family loved the location of this unit.. step out the door and either take a short elevator ride or down a couple flights of stairs and turn to your left and you are on the beach! It’s a quick walk to where you want to spend you day in the sun and the beach is not crowded.. ❤️❤️❤️.. the only negative for the stay this year was trying to get the water temp where we needed it for showers (hot or cool hard to find warm)… but after a long day at the beach a cool shower was just fine with us!

Spring Break 2019

Our stay at Pinnacle Port was very relaxing. The condo was the perfect location and very easy to access, since Pinnacle Port is a gated community, we didn’t have to worry about safety. The condo could use some sprucing up and carpets cleaned but since it is so popular, one can see how time to get it done could be hard to find. Mr. Crouch was very easy to work with. Pinnacle Port is our favorite vacation spot.

Location is Awesome

The location of this condo is awesome. The host was great and responded anytime I reached out but if I may be honest this property needs renovations. All furniture needs to be updated. It would have been a plus if there was a TV in the 2nd guest room. It appeared that the floor had not been mopped as there was dried up food on the kitchen floor. Walls are nasty, the glass had not been cleaned, and the place could just use a deep clean.

Not as Advertised

Here was our experience. 1. We had to contact the owner multiple times on our drive to the beach to see if we could get the code to get in. We didn’t have any information until we were already on the way. Terry was very nice when we finally got into contact with him an hour before we arrived. 2. The condo smelled musty and smoky. Every time we returned the condo we were surprised by the smell that never went away. 3. It was advertised as having Wi-Fi. It did not. The owner was very nice to give us his cell phone and ask us to contact him if we had issues. We contacted him about the Wi-Fi and never got a text or call. The directions said to look at router. We couldn’t even find a router or signal at all. 4. The condo was advertised as recently remodeled. It was not. It is in poor condition . Everything was very dated and worn. The bathrooms had mold in the showers. The shower knobs were barely functional. The dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet and would fall forward out of the cabinet. The location was great. The community was great. The price was high for a condo with that need of renovation and repair.

Love Pinnacle Port

My family stayed 5 nights in this unit. We LOVE Pinnacle Port! The condos are surrounded by the Carrillon community on one side and a state park on the other, so the beach is never crowded. We love to walk to the coffee shops and pizza place. The location of this unit to the beach, lake and pools is fantastic. My check in instructions indicated that we shouldn't use the washer and dryer for linens and towels and directed us to a local laundry mat. The washer/dryer is stackable so understandably its small. I was able to wash small loads of towels without a problem, so that should be removed from the check in instructions. If you're not supposed to use the washer/dryer, take that out of the list of amenities. I would never rent a beach condo where I couldn't wash towels. I'm not going to spend my vacation at a laundromat! Upon check in, the unit had a stale, musty odor. It did seem to get better as our stay went on. I think that the unit was probably smoked in at one time years ago and until it undergoes a renovation, the smell will always linger. The cleaning crew did a great job! However, the unit needs a complete overhaul. The primary bathtub is OLD and gross! Carpet is OLD! Mismatched bedspreads in the twin room. Every surface of the unit needs to be painted including the insides of the cabinets. The price is slightly less than other units so i guess we got what we paid for. Everything was dated but clean and we had a great time. I probably wouldn't choose this unit again.

Needs updating

We enjoyed Pinnacle Port in general for its nice pool and location, but this condo is in desperate need of updates and repairs. Bathroom fixtures are old and sinks have drainage problems. Main living area tile looks new, but carpet, counters, etc. are old. The ocean view is nice.
