This comfortable and quaint 65 sqm is situated on the first floor of an historical building with an elevator, in the central neighbourhood of Delle Vittorie, just a few steps away from the Vatican City.
The apartment is located in the fifteenth district of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls and the Tiber River. Five of the most beautiful bridges of Rome are located in this area: Milvian Bridge, Ponte Duca d'Aosta, Risorgimento Bridge, Ponte Matteotti, Ponte della Musica.
The neighborhood is residential but you will also find RAI headquarters, courts and the Court of Auditors.
For one of the best pizzas in Rome, we suggest you to try Pizzeria Giacomelli, while for an aperitif, Bar Antonini and Bar Vanni.
Moreover, do not miss the characteristic crafts and antiques market (every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, from 10.00 am) that takes place in the beautiful scenery of the gardens in Piazza Mazzini.

Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminals.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This very comfortable and spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor . On entering the apartment you are welcomed by a spacious hallway from which you access all the other rooms. To the left you have the bathroom and bedroom and to the right the living area. The kitchen is directly infront of the entrance and a storeroom to the right. The furniture in the apartment is comfortable and functional, some modern some vintage.
The windows are new and double glazed.

The living area is furnished with a bed couch, an armchair, a table(extendable) with six chairs and a television cornor. Other small and larger pieces of furniture complete the living area with pictures on the walls.

The bedroom has a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bouble bed(160cm x 190cm). Pictures on the wall make it a cozy and warm environment.

The kitchen is well equipped with a refridgerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, boiler ,cutlery and crockery for six people. There is a table with four chairs where one can have breakfast.

The bathroom has sanitary fittings and a shower cabin.
