Villa Estela is a delightful modern Mediterranean style family holiday home with a 9m x 4m private salt swimming pool, situated in a secluded position amongst the scented pines of Las Colinas.



Despite its peaceful location, Villa Estela is only a 15-minute drive through beautiful vineyards and mountains to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches.



The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 45 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.



The area also offers unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, hill walking, tennis and numerous water sports.

Villa Estela is an impeccably presented holiday home providing ideal accommodation and facilities for a family holiday in the sun.



Entrance Level

Villa Estela is located on a side of a hill, and has a drive way or stairs leading up the main entrance of the villa. From the front door there is the bright and spacious living room with French doors leading out to the a large terrace at the front of the villa. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large L shaped sofa and armchair. It also has a 42″ television.



The living room is open plan with the dining area with seating for 8 which then connects to the fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen also has access to the front terrace.



Along the corridor from the open plan living area are the three bedrooms and two of the bathrooms.



Top Floor

The top floor is a large open plan family room with an ensuite bathroom. This room has a private terrace with views across the surround hills. A/C.



Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – Master suite with direct access to pool and terraces.

Bedroom 2 – Double bed with fitted wardrobe and access to pool and gardens.

Bedroom 3 – Double bed with built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 – Family room (top floor), double bed, 2 single beds, full bathroom and private terrace with an Air Conditioning unit.



Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 – Ensuite Jacuzzi bath, WC, bidet, washbasin.

Bathroom 2 – Shower, WC, washbasin.

Bathroom 3 – Ensuite (top floor) with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin.

The villa has a portable air conditioning unit in the family room and air conditioning in the living area, cooling the entrance floor.



Gardens and Terraces

Villa Estela has an impressive 9m x 4m pool. The pool also now has some protection for children, although children will still need to be watched whilst in the pool area.



The pool area includes plenty of terraces and areas for sunbathing. There is a further 35 m2 terrace to the side of the house which offers a full size BBQ and a dining area for up to 10 people. Perfect place for private al fresco dining.



There is a table tennis available for guests to use as well as a trampoline, a swing set, a basketball net and a large (400 m2) open space for play.



A running machine and exercise bike are available for guest's use, in the in the top floor family room.
