Apartment with a small terrace, set on the first floor of a building without elevator, outside the historic center in an area rich in services. The accomodation is equipped with two bathrooms and a third service bathroom with washing machine. The internal layout includes two bedrooms: one with four beds, including two single beds and a pull-out bed, and the second with a queen-size bed, perfect for hosting up to 6 guests.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without elevator, opens onto a living area furnished with a single sofa bed, a table and a TV; from here there is access to the small terrace, the first bathroom with shower and the independent kitchen equipped with oven, kettle and coffee maker.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which is lofted and equipped with two single beds and a pull-out bed, and the other with a queen-size bed; this area is also served by a second bathroom with toilet and sink.

Finally, a laundry room equipped with a shower and usable as a third bathroom completes the layout of the apartment.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural sources of fresh water and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, definitely see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures with which to fill one's eyes.



Syracuse train station is less than a 20-minute walk away, and Catania Fontanarossa Airport is less than an hour's drive from the accommodation.
