Absolutely Perfect

The Condo is clean, well decorated, fully furnished and perfectly located in Phase 2 facing the beautiful sunset! The owners are the best! They checked on us before we were even fully settled to make sure things went well. Unless they are booked, I can't see us staying anywhere else during our 2-3 trips per year! Everything you need for a great trip. Easy check in, great WiFi, extra storage room was something g we didn't know we needed and was a great surprise to store everything. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo the best condo we've stayed at in Las Palomas. We've been heading down for years now and have stayed at a lot of other condos. This one is quiet, clean, and spacious, with wonderful views of the sea, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank You !

Great location,great unit!

Everything was very clean, and the unit was in a great location, perfect for watching the sunset. Even though it is on the 3rd floor, the noise from below was very minimal, and it stopped at 10 pm. At first the A/C wasn't working well, but it was promptly attended to and was very cool afterwards. I'd highly recommend this unit!

Awesome property. However the pool bar charged us $165 for 12 drinks ,double the amount of drinks we actually had. extremely overpriced bar drinks.. won’t ever go back there again. nobody cared nothing they would. do

Beautiful family vacation

We stayed at Lizzy and Penny's beautiful condo over the 4th of July and HOLY COW! It was the best condo we've stayed at in Las Palomas. We've been heading down for years now and have stayed at a lot of other condos. This one did not disappoint. It was clean, and spacious, with wonderful views of the sea, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again. 10/10 for sure.

Cinco de Mayo getaway

The property was beautiful. My first time staying in Phase 2. The condo was decorated nicely and was very clean. It had all the necessary amenities. Everything from clean towels daily to a full equipped kitchen. I briefly spoke to Penny on the day of our arrival. She was very sweet and accommodating. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to book with the same host again.

Highly recommend!

Stayed for a week and Penny and Lizzie responded within minutes of the 2 questions I had. Loved the 2 bedrooms with 2 private baths. The huge balcony overlooked the amazing sea and sunsets ☀️🌅. Perfect weather and having heated pools was great. Hope to come back again someday!

Family Vacation

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. It was perfect for my family of 4 and my parents. We appreciated the storage room in the hallway to store luggage and beach items. It really helped contain the sand. The kitchen has everything you need and more to prepare meals. We look forward to returning and hopefully staying in this condo again.

Absolutely stunning

We arrived before check in and we were able to enjoy the resort until the room was ready. We played on the beautiful beach and then heading to the pools. My kids loved the lazy river and we loved that they could play and we could relax. The room was better than we expected. It was the perfect size and we loved every bit of it. The patio was perfect for enjoying an afternoon drink. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was huge. Definitely staying again. Thank you Penny and Lizzy 😀

Coronado 306 is located in Las Palomas - the only 5-star resort in Rocky Point. More than half of the visitors vacationing in Rocky Point prefer to stay at Las Palomas. The lazy river, the multi-pool areas, seaside restaurants, kids club and golf courses are great. The "Citron" restaurant has a fabulous Sunday brunch, gourmet meals throughout the week, and specialty drinks at the bar. There are family hot-tubs, adults-only areas and "kiddie pools". You will be steps away from the sand.

This particular condo has a layout that offers a large patio with southerly views of both the many pools and the Sea of Cortez and another patio that overlooks Cholla Bay and the golf course northly. All three bedrooms are furnished with king-size pillow-top mattress and also have access to their own full baths directly from each bedroom. There are separate a/c units with thermostats in each bedroom so everyone can achieve the comfort level they prefer for sleeping. If you visit in the fall/winter, there is even an electric fireplace for both warmth and ambience. Although this is a condo, it really feels more like a home. The extra-large fully-equipped kitchen and interior breakfast bar will seat many plus formal dining and a sit-down bar on the northern patio offer many options. There is flat screen TV in all three bedrooms plus a 55" TV in the LR. The condo is equipped with a full size washer & dryer, microwave, full-size refrigerator, smooth-top range, dishwasher & disposal. There is a loveseat with its own TV in the lobby between the 2 secondary bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the LR. It is also a "golf condo" which offers renters a discounted rate of $35 per round of golf and an earlier booking window.
