I do wish I had been made aware of these concerns during your stay, as I am always happy to assist and could likely have resolved several of the issues right away. This is the first time we’ve received feedback regarding difficulty operating the TV or phone, but I’ve since had maintenance check both to ensure everything is working properly for future guests. Regarding dining options, the resort does offer multiple restaurants and bars, poolside food service, room service (accessible via the QR code on the refrigerator), and a convenience store. However, given that your stay included December 25, some venues may have had limited holiday hours, which is unfortunately outside of my control. Citron is open daily, and food is typically available throughout the resort. All check-in details and contact information are provided in the confirmation materials sent at the time of booking.
