Accommodation:
The front door opens to an entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and boots, as well as a cloakroom with a toilet and basin. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the bedrooms. A few steps down from the entrance hall take you to the open plan living room with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The living room benefits from patio doors, which let in lots of light and provide access to the private grassy garden. The living room is furnished with two sofas with side tables and lamps, a TV, and a DVD player. A dining area completes the room with a dining table and chairs for 4. The kitchen is up a step from the lounge area and is well-equipped with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge, freeze, microwave, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
Both bedrooms are on the first floor and have en suite bathroom facilities. The master bedroom has a double bed; the master bedroom has an en suite bath with an overhead shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has twin beds with an en suite shower, toilet, and wash basin. Both bedrooms are at the rear of the property and look out over the rear garden towards the golf course.
