Apartment has 2 full washrooms and one of washrooms is in master bedroom. Basically, apartment has everything that individual, couple or family need,like air conditioner, dish washer, washer, dryer, bath tub, shower cabine, TV, Internet, Wi-Fi etc. It is 350 m (5 min. walking) far from the beach, 7 minutes walking from Dolphinarium and ZOO, 7 min. walking from aqua park, 4 min. walking from McDonalds restaurant. City center and bus station is 5 min. driving, Airport 10 and railway station 15 min. driving. Police station is 100 m and Main Hospital 200 m far from the apartment. Retail and convenience stores are everywhere nearby. Host will also be handy and available as much as possible in case guest(s) need help. Host speaks English, Russian
When you arrive the HOST will explain you everything that is necessary to know like: how to use dish washer, washer, dryer (most guests, we guess, will be able to do that without host's help).Host will also show you where is the closest convenience store, public transportation, how to use Air conditioner, Internet, TV, WI-FI and anything else you need to know and ask. If you will cook the food we would suggest to ask host to bring you to the farmers market where all food is REALLY ORGANIC and very cheap comparing with the West Europe or North American prices.
