The Space:
Welcome to our new property! located in the heart of Paris and very well located you will be close to the Place de la Nation and Accor Arena stadium. The neighborhood offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes; quality food shops, several supermarkets, and numerous bakeries and pastries. Public transport will allow you to access the most beautiful sites in the capital.
The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!
This 50m2 apartment features a bright and comfy living area open to a functional and well equipped kitchen, ideal for a family gathering. The rooms are very functional and spacious.
The apartment has a capacity for up to 4 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed (lower floor)

My accommodation is located in a central area of Paris and gives you access to many of the capital's must-sees. Some of the closest attractions include:
- Père-Lachaise Cemetery: World-famous for the tombs of famous figures such as Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piaf.
- Parc de Belleville: With panoramic views over Paris, this park is a great place to relax. There are gardens, play areas and walks.
- La Flèche d'Or: A popular concert hall with a rich musical history.
- Le Quartier Oberkampf: This is a trendy area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal for a lively evening out.
- Rue de la Roquette: A lively street with many bars, cafés and shops. Perfect for a stroll.
- La Campagne à Paris: A picturesque neighbourhood of unspoilt country houses, offering a charming contrast to the urban atmosphere.

The location of the apartment will allow you to move quickly and easily across the capital via many possibilities for public transportation:

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas of the building.
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
