Title: Extremely Poor Maintenance, Misleading Listing & Multiple Safety IssuesReview:We stayed at this property in August 2026 and unfortunately experienced a long list of serious issues that made the accommodation far below the standard advertised.The pool — one of the main reasons we booked — broke repeatedly throughout the stay. The filtration hose split several times, causing the pool to empty, and despite multiple visits, the problem was never properly resolved. The listing also advertised a heated pool, but the host confirmed it is not heated, which is a clear misrepresentation.Several essential amenities failed during the week, including:• No hot water one morning• Air‑conditioning leaking water inside the bedroom• Washing machine repeatedly failing and requiring multiple resets• Heating switching on unexpectedly• Shower impossible to stand under• Broken toilet seat• Sloping bathroom shelf that couldn’t hold itemsWe also encountered safety issues. The balcony door slammed shut behind me during a storm, leaving me trapped outside until the host arrived. The only external door in the kitchen could not be opened even with a key, meaning the kitchen had no usable exit.The outdoor areas were poorly maintained: the balcony sail broke, and the canopy at the front door collapsed with snapped zip ties.Although the host responded to messages, many issues could not be fixed due to August closures, and several problems were left unresolved.
