We had a wonderful two weeks at the Barrington Arms! We love the beautiful condo, the beach and the pool. The palm trees are lovely and the pelicans are so much fun to watch! Seeing the ocean while standing at the kitchen sink is an extra bonus. We love going to our favorite restaurants and trying some new ones, too. Relaxing on the balcony in the evening is such a treat. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our favorite retreat never disappoints!

We have been fortunate to be able to vacation on HHI at 108 Barrington Arms for many years now, and as always, we had a fantastic trip! Even though we hit the perfect storm of Easter, Spring Break and the Masters evacuation, it could not have been more peaceful at the villa. It is beautiful and well-equipped with lots of space for a family of 5, and the owners are always especially attentive and kind. The complex itself is gorgeous, and the amenities (pool, spa, pavilion, parking areas, landscaping, etc...are all well-tended. If there is ever an issue with anything at the villa, the owners respond promptly and efficiently, and their care and concern for their guests is evident in all of the personal touches and in the personalized experience of staying there. They are great about communicating events and things to look out for on the island, and we know that they always want us to have a great stay. And we always do!

Lovely well-appointed condo with a relaxing decor

What a wonderful two weeks in Hilton Head Island! Our condo was perfect and the owners were attentive and helpful. We saw a lot of wildlife and ate at delicious restaurants. Walking on the beach and jumping waves was relaxing and fun. We appreciated only being one flight of stairs up from the parking lot. We look forward to coming back!

Just Perfect

What a great place to stay. We have been coming to HHI for many years and staying in the Leamington area. 108 Barrington Arms did not disappoint. The location is fabulous and unit is beautifully decorated and spotless. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds, pool and ocean is a great place to enjoy breakfast. Laura was great to work with and provided us some great information as to restaurants and things to do. As an owner, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience. There is a reason that her unit constantly gets a 5-star rating. We will definitely be back. Thanks Laura and Bruce.

Perfect HH Palmento Dunes Location

We could not have been happier. To start 1st first floor location is perfect, if you do not want to use elevator parking is close to the 1st floor stairs. Easy access to the pool and beach. The owners were GREAT to work with and the condo was beautiful. Updated, new furniture and the bed was very comfortable. Everything that you could need is in the condo. I would recommend this condo/location to a couple or a small family- we truely loved our stay! Plan to be back next year.

Great location on HHI!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy Hilton Head! It is beautifully decorated and well-kept with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! While most of our time was spent at the beach, we did enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds and pool with the ocean in the distance. It was very easy and reasonably priced to rent beach chairs, an umbrella, and bikes for our stay. As I mentioned, we spent most of our time on the beach and in the water but we also enjoyed walking and riding our bikes through the plantation and exploring what else HHI has to offer, thanks to the great recommendations by the owners! We hope to be back and will certainly hope this condo is available!

Top notch relaxation

The comfort of home at a beach get away. Top notch accomodations with a view of well manicured grounds and one of the best beaches in America. Beautifully decorated condo that included everything we needed to enjoy our stay and have a great beach vacation. The owners were terrific to work with and provided us information on restaurants and activities in the area. We have recommended this property to family and friends and suspect that if you decide to stay here, you'll do the same.

Great place to stay

This condo was everything plus more of what we expected. The condo was spotless and the décor was very nice. This is a first floor end unit. The owner was great and gave us information on everything on the Island. We couldn't have stayed anywhere else that had everything that this condo had. We will be back.

Hilton Head Gem

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we hope to get back. My husband and I shared this condo with some good friends. The condo was as advertised, extremely well-kept and well-equipped. The view from the balcony was superb. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed biking every day and used the lovely pool and hot tub every day too. The owners couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating, even at a distance. They obviously take great pride in their property, as they should. We were very comfortable and lacked for nothing. And Hilton Head was amazing - so beautiful and well-treed. You have your pick of great restaurants and sites to see.

What a wonderful time we had playing snowbirds from the north at Hilton Head Island, Palmetto Dunes, Barrington Arms! Beautiful grounds, easy access to everything. Central location on the island and the condo itself is absolutely stunning. It is quite evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining this condo and property. Well kept, updated, gorgeous and such a great experience. Easy access to pool, hot tub, beach, walking paths, bike paths and just a fabulous vacation to be had by everyone that stays here for sure! Wonderful vacation

We've been to Hilton Head many times and this condo is one of the best we've ever stayed in. I have 2 young children and entire family loved it. The location within Palmetto Dunes is ideal and with easy beach and pool access this place was a perfect summer getaway. The condo itself is well appointed and it's evident the owners really take pride in maintaining it and care about the guest experience. We want to go back again!

Outstanding Vacation!

Our family of four usually vacations at another beach, but this year we decided to try Hilton Head Island. Based on the excellent reviews and villa information, we selected 108 Barrington Arms. We were immediately impressed with Laura's prompt efforts to communicate with us, providing so much helpful information about the villa and surrounding area and activities. She was available for any questions throughout our stay and had great follow-up after our trip as well. The villa was absolutely beautiful and obviously well-maintained. The updates and furnishings were top quality, including the comfortable mattresses, granite counter tops and walk-in shower in the master bath. Air conditioning is a huge factor to a relaxing stay in such a humid and hot climate. In my husband's words - "best air conditioning ever" in this villa! The view was fantastic with both ocean and pool views, as well as lovely landscaped surroundings. Easy access to the beach, pool and parking. Our teenage daughters loved the pool which was never crowded and the daily bike rides through beautiful Palmetto Dunes. Laura has thought of everything to make your vacation fun and effortless through the many villa amenities, including updated televisions, beach chairs, games, books and movies. Based on our wonderful vacation, we have already recommended this villa to friends and family and plan to reserve again for next year! Thanks Laura and Bruce for sharing your beautiful home with us.
