Into a lush greenery, away from the noise of the city, is located the Villa Stamos. This is a lovely 2-bedroom villa with its own 40 sq.m. private swimming pool in Plimiri of South Rhodes, just 350 metres from the beach (approx. 12-15 min. walking or 3 min. by car)! Plimiri is in the South of Rhodes and is ideally situated for people who enjoy windsurfing or kitesurfing as the famous windsurfing and kitesurfing beach, Prassonisi is just 15 minutes drive from the villa.
The villa also has barbecue, ample private parking and a big veranda, for enjoying the magic of nature in an idyllic environment.
Situated in the South of Rhodes, many of the loveliest Greek Villages are in the area such as Lachania, and Kattavia. Villa Stamos benefits from a peaceful, tranquil environment.
The beauty of the surrounding countryside and the proximity of Plimiri beach make this villa a great environment for both groups of friends or families to enjoy a relaxing time together.
Our villa has the added advantage of the traditional greek-style sofas: This is an elevated quadruple bed which is ideal to accommodate a whole family, especially those with small children that is needed to sleep with their parents! But it can also be used for sleeping a group or a whole family of 4.
The surrounding area has an incomparable beauty, where you can enjoy strolling the rural streets. You can also swim in the Plimmiri beach, explore the nearby beaches, go for snorkeling, watersports and many more...
There is a wonderful fish taverna right on the other side of Plimiri beach which is around a 2km walk or a few minutes by car.
The Villa Stamos is just 15 minutes from the exotic Prasonisi and 25 from the charming and historical village of Lindos and its acropolis.

Clean, nice and quiet villa

We spent 14 days with our two kids (7,9 yo) in Villa Stamos. The villa is very nice and clean with a deep perfectly maintained pool. We enjoyed our stay very much und would definitely recommend it!

Perfect holidays!!!

We were a group of 7 windsurfers, we spend perfect holidays at Mr. Stamatis villa's!! the place is greatly situated! you are isolated in the campaign with a splendid pool (you can see the sea from the pool!!!), a large barbecue an no neighbors to bother if you enjoy music while you're cooking delicious souvlaki's... Prasonisi is located at 15min from the villa. We will come back for sure!!! Thanks again, Fabien

abbiamo soggiornato questo agosto in questa bellissima villa. Ottima la pulizia, la tranquillità e la piscina che ha dato un valore aggiunto alle nostre ferie, ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato ogni giorno e che rimpiangiamo ancora adesso è stato il clima ventilato e sempre assolutamente gradevole proprio attorno alla casa. Noi facevamo colazione, pranzo e cena sempre in veranda tanto era gradevole stare fuori. Nelle vicinanze c'è un ristorantino che volendo vende anche il pesce da cucinare a casa.Consigliamo questa Villa assolutamente a chi vuole passare un periodo in tranquillità e pace, per rigenerarsi e ricaricarsi.

Very nice Villa!

Very nice villa! Beautiful pool, very calm area and perfect for daily little trips. You can explore easily the whole island outgoing from Villa Stamos! And also the very uncomplicated and helping hosts are worth to mention! All in all a great trip with nothing to complain!

Quiet, clean and spacious property.

Far of the big tourist residences it's a nice location to visit all the Rhodes isle. The nearer beach is not so beautiful but with a car other beaches are quickly reachable. The property itself is very nice with a beautiful pool.

Very nice villa

It is a very nice villa. Everything you need is there. It is a very quiet place with a very nice view. The local people are very friendly and most of them can speak english. it was our first time in Greece and we enjoyed it a lot.

Sehr erholsame Herbstferien

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Herbst in der Villa Stamos und jeder Tag war Erholung pur! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Bei Problemen wurde immer prompt und freundlich geholfen. Den Pool haben wir in dieser Zeit häufig ausgekostet. Ein Auto ist "Mitten im Nirgendwo" der Insel unverzichtbar. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit genossen! Am nahen Strand war in dieser Zeit kaum eine Menschenseele zu sehen und es lohnt sich das Piccolo Paradiso zu besuchen (einfach, freundlich und wirklich ein kleines Paradies).

Great time in villa Stamos in Kattavia

We had a great time in villa Stamos in kattavia. The house was very functional, quiet and clean. Bedrooms are air conditioned and nights were quiet. The pool is of nice size and allows to relax after windsurfing in prasonisi. Stamatis was always very helpful to reply to our questions. We visited Monolithos and had lunch in a very pleasant cantina on the beach. We wish to go back in villa Stamos.

Tolle Villa mit fantastischem Swimmingpool

Unsere erste Ferienwoche haben wir im Norden von Rhodos verbracht, und die zweite Woche in dieser wunderbaren Villa im einsamen Süden. Als wir ankamen, waren wir begeistert: eine riesige überdachte Terrasse, auf der man geschützt vor Sonne und dem oft heftigen Wind sitzen kann und auf das blaue Mittelmeer blickt, das ca. 350 Meter entfernt ist. Um die Villa herum ist unbebaute Natur - eines Abends waren sogar ein Hirsch mit Rehbock und Reh zu sehen. Der Swimmingpool war traumhaft, recht groß und vor allem auch tief, wir haben - was wir sonst bis jetzt nie im Urlaub getan haben - jeden Tag im Pool geschwommen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht, der Wohnraum mit Küche ist großzügig bemessen, es gibt auch einen großen Bildschirm, den wir allerdings nie benutzt hatten, weil die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die traumhafte Landschaft jeden Film in den Schatten stellte. Wir haben die kleinen Dörfer in der Umgebung besucht, Kattavia, Lachania, Asklepio mit seiner alten Kirche und den wunderbaren Fresken, haben Wanderungen unternommen. Alles in allem eine dank der Super-Villa eine großartige Fereinwoche - Entspannung pur!

Excellent house for serfers !

Stamatis is the really friendly and attentive man. My communication with him was not very long but very enjoyable so thanks for that ;-) Villa Stamos is the place where was no any people during 2 weeks wich we live there. So if you like solitude and immersion to nature environmen this place is for you ) The house is not big but comfortable and snug with big terrace and big pool. There is the chimney inside the studio room wich warmed us up on a cool May evening. And the most important thing is the only 15 minutes is the way to Prasonisi. Surfer's paradise with strong wind, long waves and great natural views ) I really gave my heart to this place!

Comfortable, peaceful & cosy!

We had chosen this accommodation because of the good reviews on this website and it's all fulfilled. The house is completely furnished, modern, spacious, very clean. It has large balcony with beautiful sea view, good swimming pool an BBQ. you have everything to feel at home. The owner is awesome and always ready for you. Nice is to walk to the beach (some 10 min) where you can find a cute beach bar Picollo Paradiso. Next to it, there is a small marina where you can buy fresh fish from local fishermen. Also you should visit Prasonissi surfers beach and cozy village of Lyndos ina short distance ride. Nature is stunning and sea is cristal clear... For sure, we will come again!

A fantastic family villa at an unspoilt location!

Our stay at villa Stamos was a truly memorable and we will be looking at returning there for sure! The location at the South of Rhodes is fantastic, unspoilt and you will need a car for sure to get around. The pool is great and the family really enjoyed it! Our host was extremely helpful and was always available to answer our questions. Build quality is great and you have all the privacy in the world. Also not far from the beach either, although the pool was a winner for us. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful remote villa with stunning pool

We were greeted at the airport by Stamatis who helped us collect our car, we then followed him to the villa at the southern end of the Island. When you first arrive the villa has its own drive and it is located off a minor road and down an off road track...this gives the villa its seclusion and stunning location but we must say a car is a necessity, especially to pick up groceries and to see the rest of the beautiful Island. The villa has a large covered veranda at the front from which you can see the sea, eat, drink and watch the most amazing sunsets. The inside is spacious, very clean and comfortable and having air conditioning is a bonus. We invited our parents to share the villa as it has a separate annexe with private bathroom at the back - they loved having their own space. Most of all it was equipped with a fridge and kettle which meant they were able to sit outside their own "little villa" and absorb the tranquillity and surroundings. We spent many a day by the pool - stunning. The pool is very deep - if you are not a confident swimmer it can be a little unnerving as it instantly drops away from the bottom step but do not let this detract from how lovely it was to sit by the pool only hearing the sound of secardas and our children laughing and having so much fun...just wish we were there now!! The villa is a 5 minute stroll from Plimmiri beach - the villa end of the beach is not developed but the water is crystal clear and you will have your own private beach. If you walk along the beach or drive to the end of the dirt track you will see a sign for Picollo Bar - on the outside this looks like a "Robinson Crusoe" shack but once we got to know the owners we spent many an hour sipping an ice cold drink, chatting and enjoying the view. Having rented a car for the 2 weeks we managed to see so many different places and meet the most amazing, kind and generous people who we believe made our holiday extra special. We drove over the hills and up the west coast where we found a lovely beach called Limni - it has azure blue water, beach beds/shade and changing facilities and most of all it was very quiet. If you fancy a go at scuba diving then we would recommend Lepia at Pefkos as it was very well organised and had new equipment. It also catered for all ages and abilities - our 12 year old did her DSD at St Paul's Bay located just below the Acropolis..Wow!! Thank you Stamatis and family for being such lovely hosts and allowing us to share your home

The company currently manages 4 beautiful and unique villas: The Prasonisi Villas (Villa Romeo, Villa Juliette & Villa Panormitis) located just a few kilometers from the world-famous kite surfing and wind surfing destination of Prasonisi, in a quiet and idyllic area with unparalleled views of the countryside, in the village of Kattavia, as well as the Villa Stamos, a detached villa with a private pool overlooking the Aegean Sea in the famring area of Plimmiri, which is a 12-minute walk from the corresponding beach.

All villas are fully equipped, offering all modern comforts -including private swimming pools-, so that our guests feel being at home away from home. Moreover, as hosts, we remain available for any information or any problem that may arise during the stay of our guests, as our goal is for our guests to feel part of the local community by offering them our typical Greek hospitality.
