On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, combined living and dining room, large bedroom with ample closet space, bathroom with shower and a smaller hallway with stairs to the 1st floor, where there is another living room and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also the possibility of two extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a cozy patio with garden furniture and barbecue available. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
