The two-story house has a well-planned layout, featuring an open kitchen connected to the living room. From here, you can step onto private terraces facing east and west, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sun or relaxing evenings outdoors. Upstairs in the attic, there are two bedrooms with ample closet space. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom features a double and a single bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located upstairs. For families with young children, a high chair and fold-out cot are also available. Parking is available directly at the house, ensuring easy access for all guests. Beyond the property, the Feriecenter Rim offers a variety of leisure activities, including mini golf, tennis courts, soccer fields, and playgrounds, alongside both indoor and seasonal outdoor pools. The house is also ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. Within a short distance, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, the Wadden Sea, the charming harbor town of Havneby, and the expansive Rømø Sønderstrand beach. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the 18-hole course just 200 metres away, while the local harbor and Wadden Sea offer scenic walks and maritime charm. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
