Located behind San Marco Square & 800m from Biennale. 2 floors - 1st and 2nd (2nd & 3rd US) - it offers high speed WiFi, A/C, 2 double beds in 2 different rooms and 1 twin single bed with one bathroom with shower on the second floor and a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room on the first floor.
The 110mq apartment is located a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and 800m from the Biennale and is divided on two levels with 2 INDEPENDENT DOUBLE ROOMS: one level on the first floor - 2nd US - which opens up directly onto a spacious and well-proportioned living space with comfortable sofa, furnished with an elegant touch, flat screen 32 inches TV and a fully equipped kitchen; on the same floor there is also a double bed room, open only if there are 3+ people. If you are in 2 guests and you need this room there is a supplement of €50 per night.
On the second floor with a large and spacious double bed room with exposed beams and arched windows. Floors are made in various essences of natural and exotic wood frame a context of modernity and ancient architectural forms. On the second level you can access to the bathroom that is finely decorated with Bisazza glass mosaic and Indonesian furniture.
Between the two floors a mid-nineteenth century staircase, fully restored and decorated with glass railings which leads up to a sleeping area with a spacious and elegant master bedroom with a double bed and two singles, with a delicious view on a typical Venetian street.
The apartment has a Venetian courtyard view and its position offers a very silent place to sleep in and has an independent entrance with two doors, one in old style carved wood and one high secured electronic.

You will access to Ca' Rosada by an external staircase in original Istrian stone from the 1700s and have full access to the whole apartment on two floors: on the first floor to a large living room with kitchen and an independent double bed room and on the second floor the second double bedroom with a double bed and two additional single beds and bathroom with shower.

We are really very close to the most important touristic sites of the city: 8 minutes from San Marco Square with its museums (Museo Correr, Biblioteca Marciana, Bell Tower and the Basilica); 15 minutes walk from the Biennale the fabulous exhibition of arts and architecture located at the "Giardini", a park facing the San Marco Bay; 12 minutes walk from Rialto bridge and its famous fish and vegetable market facing the Gran Canal; 15 minutes boat ride from Lido beach.
Located in the most typical area of the historic center of Venice, close to the Greek Orthodox church and the bridge of the Greeks and the Pietà church. The San Marco bay is absolutely magnificent especially at night. All the museums and the Basilica are 8 minutes from Ca'Rosada.
The place is also close to restaurants and pastry shops (where everything is handmade) for your breakfast. The apartment has a pharmacy at a few steps as well as a supermarket for food and drinks.
You can visit the islands with the public transportation a few steps away from the apartment.
The Gondola docks are are 3 minutes walk from the house.

There are all the water boats within a few minutes.
To arrive and go to the airport, the Alilaguna boat blue line takes you a few steps from the apartment. And from the train station the vaporetto line 1 takes you very close to home.
We are animal lovers but we cannot accept them at home. In our building, live two beautiful Venetian cats who do not love company !
The area is quiet and the neighbours are friendly and love respecting good behaviour.
