This beautiful, recently refurbished apartment is perfect for all types of travellers.
An incredible location in Notting Hill, right by Hyde Park means you'll be able to enjoy everything London has to offer.
The apartment has fast wifi, a smart TV, hotel quality linen and a kitchen with everything you need.

In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment (this is a camera free device which you can find more about at the website, minut
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.

We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

The neighborhood and location were wonderful. Easily accessible to pubs, cafes, restaurants, grocery etc. Being tucked into the quiet neighborhood just a block away from all the shops made our stay very peaceful & quiet. We would definitely come again!

The unit is dirty, lots of marks, dirty walls, some cracks, paint was peeling especially in the bathrooms. Quite a bit of mildew in the one bathroom running along the bottom of the glass shower. The couch and rugs had noticeable stains. We looked out at the back where there was a table and 3 chairs and everything was overgrown and dirty. I asked before we arrived if there were any floor fans and was told there was one. When I went to turn it on, it was broken. I mentioned this to the supervisor and it was ignored. TV was constantly losing connection/buffering even when trying to use streaming services. We contacted the hosts supervisor right away and apparently nothing could be done about this. Loud banging, scraping, shaking from unit above. The supervisor said it was the people two floors above. This went on for about 9 until they left, it was fine. Nothing was done about this either. About 10 days in our stay, we asked for more toilet paper and towels and we were told no. We had to get our own. No mention in description was our unit was right beside a Hostel. Noise most nights, at the back and front, vaping and smoking wafting in through our windows.We definitely would not have stayed there. This was very misleading not only because we thought it was “newly renovated” and clean but knowing there was a Hostel right next door was unacceptable.

El edificio entero está lleno de departamentos en renta, nos cambiaron un un departamento a otro con dos días de previo aviso a un departamento que tenía un baño menos, la Estrada da el edifico estaba lleno de materiales de construccción, la alfombra del edificio muy sucia y ya dentro del departamento las alfombras teeemrrivlemente sucias, el sofá no te podías sentar de las maneras, lleno de marcas de suciedad por todas las paredes, el baño se salía agua por todos lados, la manija del lavabo floja… tuvimos que pedir que vinieran por los tapetes de lo sucio y descuidados que estaban
