Amazing roof terrace apartment, spacious and just renovated can comfortly host up to 5 people. Located in a quiet area, near Repubblica Sq, Termini Station, Piazza Indipendenza, Via Nazionale and Teatro dell' Opera.

The apartment has 2 bright and finely furnished double bedrooms, 1 living room with a single sofa bed and wide, modern kitchen area, 1 bathroom with large shower and a second double bedroom. A beautiful terrace is available with a big table and chairs, ideal to enjoy Rome weather both during the day and evenings. It is located on the 5yh floor building with elevator.

The apartment has air conditioning, smart tv and a work station.

The nearest underground station is Repubblica at 600 meters distance.

Great location! Great apartment! I do recommend this apartment. Overall experience was really good with the hosts, however, amenities within the unit were lacking. we Americans typically use more than one dish towel in the kitchen and run through more toilet paper than was provided in the time we were there (5 days).Also, we Americans like paper towels in the kitchen. So just be prepared to buy paper products if you are staying there for more than two days.

Great Location, limited supplies

We had a good stay at the apartment near the train station. The beds are comfortable but the other furniture is so uncomfortable and hard to relax on the couch after a long day in Rome. The elevator didn’t work one evening and on the day we checked out. We had to lug the luggage down from the fifth floor. Otherwise the location was perfect and the place was clean. It would be nice to have ample shampoo and conditioner.

great apartment-Great location near train

We were looking for a place close to the train station so we could get to the airport easily.This apartment fit the bill. There were also shops and grocery stores nearby.Inside the apartment, everything was brand new and very spacious.If there was one thing I would suggest, it’s to stock the kitchen better. There were very few cooking utensils suitable for use with non-stick cookware, no paper towels, and there were no basic pantry items like coffee, oil, salt, or pepper. Aside from this, everything from the location, check in, to cleanliness were perfect.
