この広々としたエレガントなアパートメントは、2階建てで、Counts Ottoliniという名前の「Palazzo Ottolini」と呼ばれる1400年の歴史的な宮殿内にあります。
16世紀に彼らの町の家として選ばれた印象的な宮殿を取得し、改装したヴェローナの貴族。 建物には2つの入り口があります：主要なものはSquare Ottoliniにあり、貴族の紋章で飾られた入り口があります。もう1つは、かつてはAdige川をラップしたLungadige Panvinioにあります。
1階は広々としたダイニングルーム、本棚とテレビ付きのリビングルーム、設備の整ったキッチンで構成されています。
木製の階段が私達を寝室の上の階へと導いています。左側にはアンティーク家具が置かれたダブルベッドルーム、右側にはシングルベッド2台付きのサードベッドルームへと続くベッド2台があります。 両方とも、スライドドアで区切られ、Adige川の美しい景色が特徴です。 バスルームにはバスタブが付いています。 アパートメントにはプライベートガーデンもあり、アパートから直接ではなく別の入り口で進むことができます。

Great stay!

Great apartment in great location! The Dimore staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It’s in an excellent location for visiting beautiful Verona. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very dated and dingy, from the paint to the artwork. It feels like everything is secondhand. There isn’t a comfortable chair to sit in. The supplies in the kitchen are lacking: if you don’t drink coffee or wine good luck finding a glass. It is a large place and close to everything.

Space and location

I booked this property for three nights as part of a longer holiday. The riverfront location and space were the biggest attractions, as was the gatden. The propery didn't disappoint. It's in a beautiful old block with period character (and creaks!) So don't expect all mod cons. That said, it was very comfortable. Parking was easy. I would recommend this property and stay here again

Wonderful apartment that needs some love and attention

This is a very nice apartment. It is very spacious and located in a nice neighborhood that is quiet, but also very close to the old town. And the staff who provided us with the keys were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. However, the apartment does need a little love and attention. For example, the toilet seat was broken and one of the shower heads leaked water out the sides. And there seemed to be very little hot water - certainly not enough for the 3 of us to take showers one right after another.

"Dimora Ottolini" è stata davvero una grande delusione. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. L'appartamento risulta sporco. Le macchie sul pavimento del bagno. la polvere dappertutto, gli insetti che entravano all'interno se si provava ad aprire una finestra (finestre piene di polvere), lenzuola matrimoniali (almeno queste sembravano pulite) messe nel.letto singolo. Alla richiesta di una coperta in più è stato risposto che nessuno si era mai lamentato per il freddo e loro non prevedevano ulteriori coperte. Nella lavastoviglie accesa c'erano tutte le stoviglie. Lampadari rotti e umidità alle pareti! Divani vecchissimi e sporchi. In una stanza per accendere e spegnere la luce centrale proveniente da una parete si doveva mettere e togliere la spina. Grandissima delusione

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tra amici a Verona per un concerto. L'appartamento è comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi l'Arena di Verona e in generale il centro, posizione strategica!

Great location, needs a little TLC

The property was in a perfect location. Beautiful area, easily accessible and walkable. The property itself is charming and has historical vibes. The unit itself could use a bit of upkeep with newer furniture to help make it more accommodating for the number of guests it says it can sleep. Even a pull-out sofa would be highly recommendable, and some quieter air conditioning machines would be appreciated. Would still stay again, and appreciated the hosts nice communication.

Très calme tout en étant idéalement situé.

Appartement spacieux et très calme tout en étant à moins de 5 mn à pied de toutes les commodités. A recommander ! L'équipement de la cuisine mériterait peut être quelques couverts supplémentaires (seulement 6 à 8 couverts de chaque) et une paire de ciseaux. Propriétaires sympathiques et serviables.

Fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay and Guilia was very helpful. The apartment had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The air conditioning (quite needed as Verona was very hot in June) worked extremely well upstairs (downstairs stayed cool on its own). Beautiful private garden and nice view of the river from the bedrooms. We felt very safe in the apartment. The grocery store across the river was an easy walk and had a great selection. We really appreciated that Guilia arranged for reasonably priced private transport to and from the airport, and helped us with a late night check-in. Highly recommend this apartment for the quiet, central location. As a side note, we tripped the circuit breaker several times by running the dishwasher or coffee pot at the same time as the AC, but it was easy to access the switch inside the home to reset it.

Lovely stay in Verona

This is a lovely property in a quiet part of town where you are within a stone's throw of the city centre, but off the beaten track enough to not be surrounded by tourists the minute you step outside. There are two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and the train station is about 20 minutes away so it's ideal for day trips out of town. We loved Verona - it is a beautiful city and there's plenty to see. We also took the train to Venice and Lake Garda. The facilities are all good, a few more kitchen utensils wouldn't go amiss, but that's hardly a major problem. The house was warm, clean and comfy. All the directions and correspondence with the agency were perfect. All in all we would definitely recommend Verona and Dimora Ottolini.

Stunning apartment.

Beautiful accommodation with sumptuous furniture and decor. Bedrooms were comfortable and the aircon was appreciated by all. Verona was 35+ everyday and the whole apartment stayed cool. Very close to Erbe, balcony and Pietro. Supermarkets five minutes walk, one over the bridge has more choice. Very pleased we booked this place. Thank you.

The best break ever!

We stayed here on the girls weekend away. It was fantastic! The location, the views were amazing! Anna and Giulia were very helpful and fast responding to all our needs! I would definitely recommend it and looking forward to come back again!

Sehr schöne Wohnung für 5 Personen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Das Mobiliar ist sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und es ist nur eine provisorische Wand zwischen dem 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer eingezogen. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideal mit Kindern, da man auch mal zum Mittagessen und ausruhen nach Hause gehen kann. Barbara war sehr gut organisiert, alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

A beautiful apartment in a great location.You can walk to all the sites.The main shopping and dining areas are just two blocks away.We really enjoyed walking through the town each night.The only issue is finding parking.

Good stay

Property was nice and in a great location close to tourist area. AC only upstairs in the bedrooms, downstairs just fans (overall a bit hot inside, but normal for Europe in the Summer). Had a slight problem with changing my reservation--paid for an extra night (changed reservation from 5 to 4 nights) and am having issues with Homeaway and the management company for the property to get it resolved (still not resolved). The link between HomeAway and the Manager seems unclear, or perhaps there was too much of a language barrier. I blame HomeAway, not the lovely woman at Dimore, Elena. Verona is beautiful! I would recommend the property.

Fantastic place to stay in Verona

I can't say enough good things about this house in Verona-- we stayed here for five weeks during the summer of 2014, and quite honestly I'd move in if I could! The location is ideal-- river views on a quiet street, yet you are a two blocks away from restaurants, cafes and shops. The center of town (the Verona Arena) is a seven or eight minute walk. The home is within walking distance of the train station (if you don't mind a good walk, that is-- it's a 20-25 minute walk)-- if you prefer to take a bus, there are several bus lines that leave from the Arena and head to the train station or to Lake Garda (or the airport), so you'll be in easy reach of just about anywhere you'd like to go. Once you reach the train station, you are on a direct line between Venice and Milan (and you can transfer to just about anywhere from Milan). Lake Garda is a fifteen minute train ride away, and there are several public beaches that you can access when you are there (and a trip up Mount Baldo is always nice-- the hiking is great). If you'd like to head to the Dolomites, Verona is a great jumping off point. This is a very safe location and due to the shows in the summer there are people out and about quite late. I felt completely comfortable walking to and from the center of town with my two children late at night. I highly recommend this home!
