Good BUT

The apartment was absolutely fine but it is very poorly sound insulated and we were able to hear the slightest sound from the other apartment. We are not particularly sensitive to noise so foolishly ignored this complaint from other guests. I would strongly advice you to take heed and if you decide to come then bring your own ear plugs.

Rating 3

Overall we are rating it as a 3 because we were not informed about the elevator that was under construction so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggages. Air conditioning was not working properly. Apartment was very hot. Neighbours had screaming kids into the night.

Dear Maria, Thank you for your review. We would like to stress that our agency manages this apartment in self-catering mode. We like to think that in this way you can enjoy the experience of living in Verona like the locals. The apartment is located in a condominium, however we do not manage the entire building and issues such as elevator replacement (which you were promptly informed about at check-in) and noisy condominiums are beyond our control. In case of disturbing noises, one should behave as if it were happening at home, i.e. confronting those responsible for the noise. Regarding the air conditioning, we have not received any other reports about it from guests who entered before and after you, but we would have been happy to come and check it if you had let us know. Unfortunately there is little we can do if you don't communicate with us. We hope that you still manage to enjoy the beauty of our city. Best regards Dimore Verona Staff

Lage top ! Sauberkeit 👎

Einrichtung war soweit in Ordnung, zweckmäßig alles was man braucht.

Vielen Dank!

Could be Wonderful

This property has many good feature - great location, spacious, good beds, adequate linens, modern bathrooms, and good check in flexibility. Our greatest frustration was that the air conditioning was off and had been in off for some time when we arrived around 2200. It was extremely hot in Verona and no one could sleep until around 0400 with the air conditioning on full. Whatever was saved on electricity was lost on first impressions. Our other frustration was the absence of small starter supplies like shampoo, laundry soap and paper towels. Otherwise, it was an adequate stay that could have been greatly improved with small efforts and small investments.

Clean, good facilities and excellent location

Barbara did a great job explaining to me about verona when I pick up the keys and the apartment is about 5 mins from the office. The apartment was very clean with good facilities when we wanted to stay in one evening and cook for ourselves. It is about 10 mins walk to the plaza elbe and the castle. Very nice and enjoyable 4 days stay in verona.

Altamente recomendable.

Verona is the fourth largest city and one of the most beautiful tourist in Italy; a city on a human scale and well organized.
Headquarter of major companies, national and international fairs and exhibitions, Verona is not only a strategic crossroads of highway and railway to reach any destination but is situated in a favourable position within one of the most productive regions of Italy. Tourists can enjoy and choose among the artistic beauties of the old town, the lake, the mountains, the hills or the plain.
We, Barbara and Giulia, were born in Verona and we deeply love our city. We are convinced that:

“VERONA SHOULD BE LIVED LIKE ONE OF US”

Hence, working in the real estate sector for over a decade, comes the project DIMORE VERONA.

For anyone needs a short stay in town we have thought about making available self- catering apartments elegantly furnished and equipped and made them very comfortable at the same time to give the feeling of being at home.
The apartments are situated in central locations easily reached by public transport or by car and they allow you to walk to the sites of greatest interest.
