- Check-in / Check-outCheck-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. For check-in, we'll give you access to a digital key via your smartphone which you can use to access the apartment. You will find a set of physical keys inside the apartment.- Online check-in before arrivalAll guests over the age of 16 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law). We will send you a message before arrival with clear instructions on how to complete the online check-in.- Towels, linen and professional cleaningThe apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 beach towel per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom.Please send us a message to request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more.- Mid-stay cleaningMid-stay cleaning is available for €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). If you want us to arrange this, send us a message.- ParkingPrivate underground garage parking is free in the same building, with easy elevator access to the apartment.- FamiliesWe welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably.
