It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room integrated with the kitchen and a complete bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and shelves. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second wardrobe. Full bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine, etc. In the dining room there is a sofa table for up to four people, and it forms a whole with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware for the people staying according to the details in the reservation.

Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
