Located in El Poblenou, just 150 meters from the beach, La Fábrica &Co offers excellent connectivity to key attractions such as Plaça de Catalunya, La Sagrada Família, and Parc de la Ciutadella.

With over 2,000 m² of recreational areas, our coliving space is specifically designed for postgraduate students (master’s, PhD, and postgraduate programs).
Studios:
We offer a variety of studios tailored to different needs, ranging from 22 m² to 36 m². Bed sizes vary from 140 cm to 160 cm, and there are options with and without an induction cooktop. Additionally, we provide accessible studios for individuals with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Some studios also feature sea views. BOOK YOURS NOW!
