- Group bookings are not accepted. Rental is only available to families.

- No pets of any kind are accepted.

- 2 air conditioning units in the distribution hallway to cool the lounge and bedrooms.

- Not wheelchair accessible.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

TWO WEEK STAY MAY 2025

Excellent location. Free car parking in the car park opposite on the promenade except during June to September and the 3 week period around Easter week. Frankly the clothes drying rack outside the kitchen window is not fit for purpose. A foldable interior clothes dryer is required as well as a potato peeler. May I also suggest that an electric juicer is preferable rather than the tiny hand one present.
