Elegance, comfort and exclusivity in one of the most sought-after areas in northern Madrid
The Bernabeu Luxe apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the most fashionable districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offer; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana, Príncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana; as well as the world-renowned Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Real Madrid training base.
This area, furthermore, has outdoor spaces such as Berlin Park, the Fine Arts Garden and Alfonso XIII Park; imposing and modern office buildings such as the four towers financial centre.
Its strategic location allows for quick and convenient connection with Madrid's city centre and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the bus interchange at Plaza de Castilla, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía).
It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.
The apartment:
This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 8 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift.
Your comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the space a place to enjoy at any time of day.
The apartment features an independent modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances.
It has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds. The accommodation also has two modern full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The accommodation has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
Conditioning works will be carried out on the exterior and interior of the property until further notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in early June, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To bear in mind:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
