The House of Pastenello is a bright and welcoming apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic villages of the Cinque Terre. Recently renovated, it combines modern comfort with the authentic charm of traditional Vernazza homes. Once the grandmother’s house of the owner, it still preserves a warm, family atmosphere rich in history.



Location & access

The apartment is set in a characteristic building next to the railway, accessible via an external staircase (equivalent to a fifth floor).

Its proximity to the station makes it ideal for exploring all the Cinque Terre villages. Please note that, if windows are open, train passages may be heard, while double-glazed windows ensure good sound insulation, especially at night.



Views

Large windows offer beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards and the colourful houses of Vernazza, providing authentic and picturesque village scenery.



The apartment

Kitchen: spacious and fully equipped with large fridge, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle and Nespresso machine, ideal for home-style cooking.



First double bedroom: located opposite the kitchen, with vineyard views and a peaceful atmosphere.



Bathroom: with spacious shower, bidet and window overlooking the vineyards.



Living room: bright and airy, with large dining table and double sofa bed, overlooking the village houses and the nearby playground.



Second double bedroom: accessible from the living room, with two opposite windows offering views of both vineyards and village.



Comfort & amenities

Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, autonomous heating for winter stays, natural ventilation, and double glazing for thermal and acoustic insulation. Wi-Fi activation expected soon.



Outdoor space

A small entrance patio with a bench under a vine, perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying a coffee.

A municipal playground nearby makes the apartment especially practical for families with children.



Pets

Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a supplement and in accordance with house rules. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas, are not allowed on beds or furniture and must not disturb other guests.

Important information

Check-in is in person and the arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur an additional fee; check-in after 22:00 is not accepted.

Due to the location within the Cinque Terre National Park, technical assistance response times may occasionally be longer. By law, heating is not permitted from 1 April to 8 November.
