Maggio 54 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

The penthouse is in a central location, just a one-minute walk from the Boboli Gardens and Palazzo Pitti. Nearby, there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and pharmacies, all easily accessible on foot. The panoramic penthouse is located on the fourth and top floor of a building with an elevator that goes directly into the apartment and covers approximately 140 sqm. It features three habitable terraces with stunning views of the city of Florence. All rooms are quiet and very bright. The apartment includes three double bedrooms, two of which have divisible beds, and one with an en-suite bathroom. The three bathrooms, two of them complete with a shower, complete the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, while the large living room provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the city views.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
