⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment sleeps up to six guests, but it has only one bathroom, which also contains the only toilet. With six guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and sharing the bathroom becomes inconvenient. The apartment is more comfortable for four.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 13th arrondissement, 150 m from Nationale metro station and 700 m from Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station (line 14 to Orly), in a spacious 75 m² (807 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms, an elevator and a dishwasher, in a quiet building.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
