We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were close enough to restaurants and groceries. Across the street from the Metro. Quiet for the most part. We could hear the people across the street at the restaurant, but was not bad. Everything was great!!

Great location to explore Paris with 2 close metro stops. Lots of room for a family and many great dining and shopping nearby. Host was very helpful too.

The location is fantastic. Close to metro station, restaurants, and excellent Patisserie's. The apartment was charming with lots of space for all of us. We felt comfortable and safe. It had all the comforts of home. We had a wonderful visit. Our host was excellent at communicating and answer all of my many questions. Very helpful.

Stayed at the apartment with my family of 5 and there was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was very well equipped and made cooking a few meals at home easy and a must when staying with young children. The back bedroom off the kitchen was very quiet, and perfect for my 12 and 10 year old boys. The front bedroom was louder as it overlooks the street and bar below, but nothing a fan or sound machine couldn’t mask. Having the street and bar below the apartment added to the charm of the neighborhood. The location was perfect with a Oberkampf metro right out the front door and made getting around the city a breeze!

The property was well appointed and spacious. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Unfortunately- the flat was not ready until 6pm vs. 3pm, which required more coordination for check in and inability to refresh after international flight. In the end - we appreciated the home.

Our family had a great time staying at this apartment. The location was great for a week stay. Our two young kids shared the back bedroom, and we shared the front. As others have mentioned, the front bedroom is noisy, but the back bedroom was quiet. The neighborhood had great amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very easy to get around

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the area. Furnishings are a little tired but everything was clean and tidy.

I am really pleased they had a lovely stay. The apartment is advertised as Chabby chic and maybe that is why they thought furnishings were a bit tired, but most of them are new!

This was a wonderful stay with my mother and niece. There was a small hick-up knowing which apartment door it was initially but I feel that was more my miss. Being on the first floor with just a few stairs was perfect for my mother with mobility issues right now. The apartment itself was lovely and the fresh flowers a beautiful touch. We enjoyed shopping at the markets and cooking in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The metro and buses are central, the area lively and convenient and the apartment relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Janet's apartment. The apartment was in a great location and large enough for a family to stay comfortably. Janet was very accommodating with an early check-in and checkout. We would love to stay again in the future!

Cozy apartment in a great area of Paris

We enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants all around us. The owner made several suggestions for restaurants and all were good. King size bed was a plus.

This home was nice because it fit our family of 6 comfortably at a fair price - which was hard to find in Paris. The flat is homey(which we liked, unlike some places which lack character). We also loved that we had our own bathroom away from our grown kids. We loved the location- plenty of coffe and croissants just down the stairs!(the 11th arrondisement is a bit farther from center if this is your first trip to Paris, but everything is easily reached if you don't mind the metro). As reviews mention, the front master bedroom and living room have a bit of street noise - but it is not an abnormal amount for the city, and it didn't bother us. Back bedroom very quiet. Lovely stay. Location, food and coffee

Compact apartment with 2 bathrooms in a fabulous location. Next to Oberkampf metro line, numerous cafes and restaurants etc. Sunday markets at Richard Lenore. Stay here you absolutely must have coffee from the Cafe downstairs which is Filipino and includes yam as a key ingredient

Fabulous stay in Paris!

Great property in fab location! Two bed two bath for two couples was ideal. Able to get around Paris with ease during our trip. Highly recommend.

17 Rue de Malta in Paris

Our family had a great stay at this apartment. It was located in a great area, with a metro station 1 minute away and tons of great food options very close. A bit loud at night, as there's a bar and restaurant located nearby, but our overall experience was great.

Ktchen was extremely well equipped. Storage, etc. All good. Comfortable beds. Ideal for 2 couples.So many choices of restaurants, groceries, boulangeries!And a few steps from Metro station.You cannot go wrong!!!

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful stay at Rue de Malte. The location is fantastic, so close to the essentials (boulangerie, supermarkets etc) especially the Metro. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. My friend and i enjoyed each having a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. We loved being right in the middle of the vibrant and busy neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Nice place, with good location. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Also right by the Metro station. It does get noisy at night so you may want to bring some ear plugs, or load a white noise app on your phone at night.

Glad Jeff enjoyed the area. It is lively and lots of bars and restaurants. There are shutters on the windows to reduce the noise, but usually it is quiet by 12.00. for a good night's sleep.

Tully Flat

This property was ideal for the four of us who were spending four nights in Paris. The location was also ideal, with a Metro station across the street and a great locals restaurant also across the street.
