This property is newly renovated, but it still had some work to be done. The handle on a dresser was falling off, one of the closet doors was off the slider but it was still left hanging in the middle of the room, one of the doors was broken (looked like someone kicked the door or hit it). There were what looked like rust spots in some of the showers and tiles on the floor. The fridge is very close to the wall, so the door cannot open up all the way. The towels and linens from the previous week were left outside the front door for the whole week. There are no rugs or carpet in the condo, so it was so hard to get rid of sand eve after sweeping and vacuuming multiple times a day. The parking is a bit of a mess on checkin day like the other reviews stated, but after the first initial rush on Saturday with everyone checking in at the same time, it wasn’t as bad as we expected. The parking spot for this unit is in a nice location compared to some of the other spots at the condos. This condo is located in a very busy part of town, so traffic can be a lot at times. One of the most frustrating things all week, that didn't pertain to the actual condo, was trying to figure out where to put our tent for the beach. There are 2 rows of chairs in front of the high rise that have been purchased buy the building apparently. There are signs on the beach that state tents need to be in designated areas, but no actual signs staying where the designated area is. They expected you to know that tents could not be in front of the chairs and umbrellas. So we had to move our tents multiple times because we would set up where we were told we could and then would be told we were in the wrong area again. So it may help to give some info at check in or in an email about where to put tents if you bring them so you aren’t moving your tents and losing your good beach spots.
