Location is great but hotel overpriced. 1) Showers in each bathroom is updated shower head is not good, bathtubs old , mattress not comfortable, fridge old no ice and water, we didn’t have sponge for dishes, old towels, toster is very old not clean, walls scratched in kitchen hallways and living room and some room. Very old Washing machine and Dryer. Entrance door had old hardware peeled handles you can scratch your hands. This property Should be taken care of better for the money we paid it’s not worth 3700 for 6 nights I think it was worth 2000 no More! It’s OVER Priced!!!!

Very clean and spacious. Large balcony! Only problem we had were with the mattresses. They all made a weird noise with any movement. The master bed mattress was pretty worn and you roll to the middle. It could also use at least two more chairs at the dining table. Loved being on the 20th floor! We saw manta rays migrating.

The location of this place is awesome and the views are beautiful but we needed a cart for our luggage and groceries and one was not provided.. it was a small thing ….and I thing the mattress’s need replacing …we had a most wonderful time here the water and the sand and the people made it great! Will return

The size of the condo was perfect for our family of six. The location is nice too, less than 2 miles from pier park. Being an end unit, the views and expansive balcony were great. The condo could use updates on the mattresses and a good deep clean of the decor in the kitchen area.

Everything was super!! The trip was well overdue to get away and it did not disappoint. Ocean Reef was exceptionally located and the amenities were on point. The beach was perfect, the views from the 20th floor were spectacular. We will be back

We enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for our family! Walking distance of everything we needed or wanted! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was priceless, especially having kids with us! Overall experience was great even with elevator trouble.

Excellent Location and Great Property

Our group very much enjoyed the location, as it was central to everything we wanted to see and do in the PCB area. The amenities were excellent (including pool and hot tub), and the beachfront was well maintained and easily accessible from our unit

Great Vacation

We loved the property. It was very clean & we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, & everything worked as it should. The view was phenomenal. We will definitely go back.

This was the worst condo I have stayed in while visiting Panama City Beach. When we checked in, the condo had only been partially cleaned. The beds were made, but two of the blankets were dirty. There were crumbs under the kitchen table, hair on the bathroom floors, and one of the ceiling fans did not work.I called as soon as we walked in and asked for someone to come clean the condo. After waiting an hour with no response, I called back, but they still could not tell me when someone would arrive. When the cleaning crew finally showed up, the woman explained that she had been overbooked for the day and simply could not get everything done. She and her husband were very nice, but that does not excuse guests walking into a dirty condo.The elevator situation was also terrible. There were three elevators, but one was out of service for our entire stay, and another was down about half the time. One night, we waited more than 45 minutes just to get an elevator.

Spring break trip - quieter location, but still close to everything! Walking distance to restaurants. Basic pool area. Limited parking.

Great condo/perfect location

Great condo and prefect location, the views from balcony are the absolute best! The condo could use a deep cleaning. It would also be wonderful if the condo had a luggage rack for bring in and carrying out luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location, location, location! The decor of the condo was very nice and modern. The amenities of the condo were pretty minimal, though. We struggled with the amount of towels for 7 people. Also, the ceiling fan did not work in the King room. There were no nightstands in the Master bedroom, either. My mom turned a bucket upside down to use as a nightstand. The patio furniture was minimal as well. I washed towels and the dryer was old and rusty and left rust stains on the white towels. Also, ALL of the beds were REALLY loud! Like, if you roll over, you wake the person next to you. Very odd. This is our 3rd stay at the Ocean Reef (which we usually LOVE!); however, one elevator was broken the whole week while one of the others kept breaking down and stranding people in it. They also no longer have carts to help take luggage to the condo so we had to purchase a wagon at Walmart. Overall, we made the vacation the best we could, but the condo owners really should add more amenities than the bare minimum.

Wish we could live there!

My husband and grown children came down for the week. There was plenty of space, great views and great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other items needed to cook. We have stayed many times in the past and plan to stay again soon!

We loved the condo. Location was great. It was very clean. Kitchen could use an update but very functional. Had everything we needed. Gave 4 not 5 stars due to the patio furniture. Our family of 6 loves to play card games and marbles. Would have loved to be able to sit on the balcony, but only a small table and not in great condition
