Apartment Marina View - One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View

Situated on Lapad Peninsula, only couple of minutes from the nearest beach and with many more in the surrounding area, and 15 minutes ride to the Old Town apartment will offer you everything you need for perfect and relaxing vacation.

Luggage storage before check in is available since the owner lives in the house.

Public parking is available nearby, reservation is not possible and charges are applicable.

Situated on the third floor apartment will provide you with a furnished terrace overlooking the sea. It can accommodate up to two people.
Apartment features free WiFi, air-conditioning and plasma SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom.

Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a sea side promenade are a 15-minute walk away. Bank and ATMs, grocery store and bakery are in 1 km range. This location offers a lot of opportunities to relax, since guests can reach various lovely places in couple of minutes walk.
Apartment is 3,5 km from Stradun and the Walls of Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
