Holiday Home is situated in Lapad, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town, with a furnished balcony overlooking the city, perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation.

Luggage storage before check in is available.

Free parking is available on site (Two parking spots; third on request).

Baby cot is available.

This five-bedroom holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons. It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room and five private bathrooms.
It will also provide you with a lovely furnished balcony with a city view.

Baby cot is upon request.

Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are 10 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery.

Bus stop is 300 meters away from the property.

Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Myself and my two daughters had the pleasure of staying in this holiday home in August 2017, I booked this as a last minute holiday and wasn't quite sure what to expect and i'm really pleased to say that it was a big success, the home is extremely comfortable and close to amenities, The owner/manager is very helpful and really helped us to find out feet in the area, I would highly recommend this house to family travelers!

They helped us with anything we needed, The House is very open, spacious, clean and comfortable, Each room has a double bed with AC, a TV and an en-suite! The house is very close to Lapad Beach, just a 15 min walk away, We had such a nice stay with the lovely owners in a perfect house! Thank you !!!! We recommend this place HIGHLY !! :)

Es hatte eine heimelige Atmosphäre und die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, umgeben von vielen Bäumen. Es war nicht weit vom Sunset Beach, Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Wir haben zu acht in dem Anwesen übernachtet (sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) und es war sehr geräumig. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts ein Auto mit 9 Sitzplätzen gemietet und es gab genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Ich habe mein Handgepäck in dem Anwesen gelassen. Vedran und Andrijana waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben meine Sachen nach Großbritannien geschickt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.
